- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a free site visit and a free estimate. Our pricing depends on the size, scope, materials, and details of each project. Because every home and project is different, we provide customized estimates instead of one-size-fits-all pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process usually starts with learning more about your project, reviewing photos, plans, measurements, or inspiration images, and understanding what you are hoping to achieve. From there, we may schedule a site visit if needed. After reviewing the details, we prepare an estimate and go over the scope, materials, timeline, and next steps. Once approved, we collect the required deposit, order materials, schedule the work, and keep communication clear throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience in finish carpentry, custom woodworking, stair systems, railings, cabinetry, decking, and interior finish work. We also work with professional railing systems and installation methods, including glass, cable, rod, and wood railing systems. Our experience comes from working directly in the field, handling detailed residential and commercial projects, and continuing to improve our methods with every project.
