- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The steps for a new customer are: 1. Make an appointment to meet our salesman for a free estimate; 2. Upon customer approval of the estimate, a signed contract is required; 3. One of our Project Managers will get in touch with customer to introduce himself and go over the project; 4. Project Manager will set up the best day and time for customer to start the project; 5. During the project, he will be available for any questions the customer may have.
