My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope of work, materials, and time required. I provide clear estimates upfront with no hidden fees. I also offer bundle pricing for multiple services (like pressure washing + window cleaning) to help customers save money. My focus is on delivering quality work at a reasonable price—so you get lasting results, not just a quick fix.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and stress-free. First, I get details about the project through Thumbtack or a quick call. If needed, I schedule a walkthrough or ask for photos to give an accurate estimate. Once approved, we set a clear date and timeline. I show up on time, complete the work with attention to detail, and keep the customer updated throughout the job. Before finishing, I do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets expectations. My goal is always a smooth experience and a satisfied customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience in property maintenance, including pressure washing, carpentry, and general repairs. I’ve worked on a variety of residential and commercial projects, which has helped me develop strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. I stay up to date with best practices, tools, and techniques to ensure every job is done safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
