Veronica is very thorough. I insist on her using my own central vacuum. She is willing to use it. She is not always punctual but can’t fault her due to traffic issues during high traffic volumes. However she needs to use her phone and advise when she is going to be late. She wants to please. I recommend her.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Competitive and fair prices. Discounts available for loyal customers. Different discount plans available upon request.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, I always like to go to their houses and discuss the service required with the client. This way, the client can show me the home, the additional services desired. Often if the client has not to use house cleaning services before, the first visit is charge by the hour.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started work as housecleaner for a small company about ten years ago. Over the years, I had the opportunity to develop a great set of skills and grow the business. As part of the professional development, I decided to start this new journey open my own business.
