- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the hour because the job description on the platform may not always give a complete view of what is needed to get done. We do give discounts when possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a clear understanding of what the client expectations are before moving forward with pricing. We prefer to have a telephone call conversation as sometimes text messages are misinterpreted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead handyman has over 20+ years working on Natucket. He has developed a great eye for detail and takes great pride in his quality of work. He can fix, assemble and install almost anything that needs to be.
