Such a pleasure to work with! I'm moving out of our rental and the 2 women that came made the place look better than when we moved in!

Working with Gleice and her team is a dream. She is incredibly responsive, attentive and punctual. The house needed a thorough clean to get ready for rental season and it was left sparkling. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First Cleaning is usually a Deep Cleaning and is charged hourly. $35 hr for each person working in the home (Team of 3) Total of $105 an hour.
The consecutive cleaning prices are estipulate based on what needs to be done or maintained. The lowest initial price for a small house/cottage/apartment 1-2 Bathrooms would be $120.
This price is only an average, final price can only be determined once initial visit has been done .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial process is establishing a initial contact, either by visiting the house or receiving a video of the property.
It is recommended that the first cleaning be a deep cleaning.
Once initial cleaning has been established we can further discuss pricing for consecutive cleaning to be done, either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 13 years of experience working as a housecleaner.
We are always researching better products and techniques to make sure we deliver quality and safety .
