Sylvia and her two attendants were wonderful! Called on Thursday and they were at my front door on Friday morning. I could not have asked for a better experience. My house is sparkling! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is mainly customizable to the customer. Every client and their home is different. We like to work with the clients budgets and really know their needs before giving a price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet our new customers and get to know them a little more! We process estimates and provide quotes in person. We contact the customer and schedule a day for a walk through. That way we get to know your home and the new customer! Once it’s a go, we schedule your first clean and decide how many times a month the client will want a cleaning done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10 years in experience in the area, from managing to cleaning.
