Lilly's crew did an excellent job cleaning my house. They we efficient and seem to know their work well. I did not make clear that I wanted sheets changed, and at the end of the day they did change them quickly. I plan to have them again.

After purchasing a new home and being totally overwhelmed by the filth left behind by the former owners, Lilly is my hero! Lilly is truly amazing! We hired Lilly's Cleaning for an initial deep clean of our new Cape home, which wasn't cleaned for over a year, and Lilly blew us away with the response. She cleaned the entire home from top to bottom including floors, windows, laundry, dishes, bathrooms, and even the basement! Our new home was immaculate after she was finished. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge a slightly higher rate for the initial cleaning because oftentimes the house or office hasn't been cleaned properly in weeks or months, so naturally it will take an extra effort to do the job. Afterwards, there will be a reasonably priced fixed rate for additional visits. Obviously, this rate will be subject to change as the work increases or decreases.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to start with a deep cleaning of the house or office to bring it to my high standards of cleanliness. From then on, i will work hard in every subsequent visit to always keep everything sparkling clean and neat.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the cleaning business for over 10 years and i have the highest standards of quality and take great pride in my work.
