Our estimates are free, and pricing is based on the size of the property and the level of cleaning. We offer discounts for recurring services and sometimes run promotions. No hidden fees — everything is explained clearly upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I offer a free consultation or quote (in person or virtual). I listen carefully to what the client needs, ask a few questions, and explain what we can offer. Then, we schedule the cleaning and follow up after the job to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed health and safety training for residential and commercial environments, and I constantly update my knowledge about new cleaning techniques and eco-friendly products. I also train my team personally to ensure the highest standards.
