Perfect in all aspects She handled my little dog gently and he was not traumatized at all It was his first experience so I know I wont have to worry about how he handles grooming

Cadna did an excellent job with Iggy. Eventhough our puppy was not yet used to grooming, Cadna, was able to groom him. We are definitely going to hire Cadna for Iggy's future grooming.

Cadna was wonderful to work with!!!! She responded to my requests in a very timely fashion and was willing/able to work me into her schedule for my last minute request before the holiday. My dogs absolutely loved her! She was very good at letting me know what she was going to do and also offered to let me be a part of the experience to make it easier for the dogs (which had never been groomed before). She took her time and did a wonderful job with them. She even brushed their teeth! I will certainly be using her for all my future groomings!

Cadna was such a sweet and funny woman. She made my pup look 20x better and she was so patient. We got to know eachother and I would definitely call her again for a follow up with my pup. If you need a groomer, Cadna is definitely the one for you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All fees are included (house call, gas).
Also included with some services are teeth brushing and conditioner. ask for more details..I offer rebooking and referral discounts. I also appreciate any gratuity. I accept cash or Venmo. Thank you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I specify to the client that I’m a house call not a mobile, I don’t own a van. I ask questions
About the health about the pet and grooming history.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 weeks training in a grooming academy. Over 200 dogs groomed with supervision of higher management.
