Floyd and his sidekick Jonathan worked for about a week or so to help me move apartments. They were conscientious and took care in their work. "Taking care" is something you can only hope for in a worker and not something you can assume. I was more than pleased with the attention they gave towards moving my belongings. Jay Franklin

Floyd is working on a variety of landscaping projects for me--pruning, weeding, transplanting, repairing trees that were crushed by snow. He is cooperative, friendly, and great to work with.

We had Floyd come in and paint several rooms in my father's house. It was great working with Floyd asvwe called him very last minute and he gave us first class service. He listened to all our desires and was able to complete the project to my dad and his girlfriend's expectations. I would recommend Floyd to anyone in need of a talented handyman.

Floyd and his friend Jonathan were on time, polite, hardworking and did a great job! They raked my whole yard and then mowed it, hauled all the barrels and bags out to the street, and put away the tools they had borrowed.

We were very pleased with Mr. Utley's services. The work was done well, quickly and the price was right! Floyd even worked at night and on the weekend so we could keep our shop open during our normal business hours. 5 stars!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am good with my hands. I have always loved the building/construction trade. Even as a little boy building clubhouses and painting the walls inside.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I do for my clients are: interior painting, weeding, mulching and moving assistance. More often than not it is painting.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am most proud of the paint job I did for Kouzina Estiatorio, a family owned Greek restaurant in Dedham, MA. This is a restaurant that my wife and I frequent so it was even more special that I was able to help out good friends.
