Introduction: My work stands out because it is very high intensity with very little rest and alot of fat burning due to all the various movements involved. Weight training, cardio, core, stabilization training and plyometrics are involved in every single workout!!! I like the fact that I help so many people reach their goals faster than if they tried to do it on their own.

I had been looking for something to jump start my weekly workouts and keep me motivated. That's when I was fortunate to meet Walter! Yay for me! I signed up for 2 sessions to see how I would like working with a trainer but at the end of the first session I had decided twice a week workouts with Walter is what I had been looking for. I am now on my 7th week of training and I am really noticing a difference in my body definition. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, motivating and challenging trainer then you have found your man!
