- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our pricing, we base it off of milage and the number of hours. We do our best to make our prices affordable and we do negotiate when necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by asking the question such as, how many people will you be with, is it a round trip, what are the time you want to be drop off and picked up, and what are all the address?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in Business Administration to get me where I am. I have learned a lot of business aspects that helped me start my desired business.
