FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is reflected by time and not by project. For example, if you have 1 hour of recorded audio that needs post-production, pricing is reflected by the time needed to provide the post-production services. Even if it takes me longer than hour to work on this project, the pricing does not change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After correspondence on client expectations, I assess the audio file(s) by critically listening in my studio. This is when I communicate to the client what can and cannot be done with my services. If I and the client are on the same page, I proceed with post-production and send back the file(s) for review by the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For more than ten years, I have been editing and mixing my own audio production. From these experiences, I have added value to audio engineering in a variety of fields, whether it be audio production lessons to live mixing. Audio is my love; putting smiles on the faces of clients is my calling.
