Ron came and worked hard to fix the problem, unfortunately it required a new computer, which he delivered and set up. Seemed like a fair price and everything is working well. He also provided us with information regarding the replacement of our modem with Comcast, which we were unaware needed replacing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been providing expert solutions to users and management within corporate America both as an employee and consultant. The opportunity arose in 2001 to bring this business idea of "we make house calls" to the general public and small/medium sized businesses.
