Outstanding! I am happy to recommend Stacy Hightowers food service without hesitation. I met Stacy as she was catering an event at the First Bapist Church in Jamaica Plain. From my first meeting with Stacy, I knew I would be in very capable hands. Stacy is extremely professional, PASSIONATE and enthusiastic about food preparation. From that encounter we just had to hire Stacy! Upon hiring Stacy, she asked me all the right questions to make sure she struck the perfect balance for adapting to food preferences and not being reticent in making her own suggestions driving on her extensive experience. She was consistently transparent in her discussions leading up to the event which made everything smooth sailing. At my event, the food was so delicious, unique, and healthy. The presentation was magnificent almost looking too good to eat. The prompt service and attention to detail from Stacy and her staff surpassed my expectations. Stacy and her crew were very professional yet relaxed throughout the night. She attentively made sure that her customers were enjoying themselves and I could see how much pride she has in her food as she talked to guest to see if everything was to their liking. I enjoyed her succulent fall off the bones ribs with her scrumptious sauce. Her wings were to die for, as well her pasta, seafood dishes, and sides of collard greens and yams. Everything was so spectacular that I just had to make room for the delicious desserts which were phenomenal as well. I have no reservations whatsoever recommending Stacy as I have to all my family and friends.

SoulFusion Catering is AMAZING! We booked them for a youth event in JP and the food blew our minds. The wasabi pea salad, ribs, collards and cornbread were perfection. Our staff and youth leaders were so impressed with Stacey and her team, we plan to book them for many more events in the future!

Stacey is an outstanding chef. We contracted with her to provide a week's worth of dinners for our women's housing program (46 residents) and everything was perfect. Not only does she create works of art with each meal, she considers the experience of eating in her audience's perspective, and this is shown by the little details she added to the dining experience.

In my earlier review I forgot to mention the butter braised scallops that were included with the entree. Absolutely delicious. Keep up the good work Chef Hightower.
