Moulding replacement didn't match the rest in the house. Painting was extremely sloppy and rough. He didn't even have sandpaper so I had to drive to a hardware store and buy him some. Now I have to pay a competent carpenter to come in and redo everything. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED.

1.- The original deal was only repair two frames. NO paint. I did that to demonstrate a good attitude, and the paint you provide it and I am not responsible neither color nor quality
2. Of the sandpaper, that was something extra that you ask me to last time and was not prepared and you voluntarily went to buy and only charged twenty dollar extra.
3.- You sad that the work looked good. In order that you pay agree
4.- Finally, you said that you need to hire a competent carpenter and is right, because in the future I'll do deals only with competent men.
