Bilal, Pedro, and the folks at Simba finished our attic in Jamaica Plain and did an amazing job. They transformed over 700 sq ft of previously unfinished space into two gorgeous bedrooms and a bathroom.We have worked with other contractors before, but I would work with Simba again in a heartbeat because they were incredibly professional, reliable, and responsive to every question we had along the way. The work was finished to our liking and Bilal and his team made sure that all final details were seen through to the finish.Pretty incredible, too, that they have a presence here in Jamaica Plain and are doing a lot of great work in the neighborhood.

Simba performed two significant renovations for us, opening up an interior living space and building a two level deck with an interconnected staircase. As well as a few smaller jobs. We are extremely happy with all of the finished products. What we appreciated most about working with them was their flexibility and the pride they all took in their work. By flexibility, as one example, when we absolutely needed them to drop one part of the project for an urgent need on another aspect, their immediate approach was to partner and determine how to solve the problem quickly. Anthony was phenomenal - extremely skilled, friendly and responsive, with an attention to detail.

Kenny, Estuardo and team recently completed my kitchen remodel. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would happily work with Simba GC again!Everyone on the crew was professional and friendly. In the few instances we ran into a snag or had to make an adjustment to the plan, Kenny clearly explained possible solutions (with price points) and was dedicated to executing a final design that met my needs.Simba was able to stay within my original budget. The project took a few weeks longer than originally planned, but mostly for factors beyond Simbas control (like delays with city inspections).Its been about a month since the work has wrapped. Im thrilled to have a functional kitchen again and look forward to enjoying the space for years to come. Thank you!

I love our porches! Simba did a great job helping us plan them and did excellent work! We get many compliments on them and I love how solid they feel! The service was also top notch, very responsive to questions and concerns.
