We will discuss your overall health condition and lifestyle to address pain, injuries, repetitive stress and emotional well-being goals to discuss and agree on which techniques are appropriate for your specific goals. All health information shared in confidential in accordance with Hepa.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Massachusetts Board certified Massage certificate and training in anatomy, physiology, kinisiology, with special training in sports massage, trigger point/ acupressure therapy, myofascial release, cranial- sacral therapy, reflexology, and Swedish relaxation and energy healing techniques.
