Home Staging Services: Home Staging Consultations: May I borrow an hour of your time? Allow me to help you prep your home to sell! A Home Staging Consultation is $250 and includes a walk-through of your entire home. We will walk and talk at your own pace! But no need to take notes! You will receive a detailed home staging report with all my recommendations, broken down by room. Occupied Home Staging: Accessory stages start with a Home Staging Consultation! This service is for sellers who plan to occupy their home while they prepare to list and sell! We do our best to utilize your current pieces, but sometimes supplemental items are recommended. Accessory stages start at $1,500 for a 30-day period. Vacant Home Staging: Are you moving out and need to stage? Are you a realtor or developer looking to furnish an empty space? I am able to provide an accurate quote after viewing floor plans and photos/videos of your property. Price is dependent on square footage, number of pieces required in each room, and of course, how many spaces you are looking to furnish. Vacant installs start at $3,000 for a 30-day period.

I received so many compliments on the staging during our 2 open houses and within 4 days of the house being on the market, my client received a terrific offer with $20k over asking price!! As flippers, we count every penny to ensure our ROI is as big as it can be. I would spend everything we did investing in Staging By Abigail and more! Her professionalism, attitude, and personality makes it extremely easy to work with her. She has an undeniable talent for this, and her staging furniture went perfectly for our vacant home. Houses with unique layouts or bonus rooms that may seem undefined need staging to be more attractive to buyers.
