- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, my first priority is to listen carefully to their needs, goals, and vision for the project. I believe that understanding their expectations and concerns is the foundation of a successful partnership. I ask detailed questions to clarify their ideas and help them visualize what they’re thinking, ensuring we’re on the same page from the start. Once I have a clear understanding, I provide tailored recommendations, outline a realistic plan, and set clear expectations for timelines, costs, and deliverables. Throughout the process, I maintain open communication, keeping the customer informed and involved every step of the way. This collaborative approach ensures their satisfaction and builds trust for a long-term working relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in the construction field, complemented by formal training and certifications that have equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge. I hold a Construction Supervisor License (CSL) from the state of Massachusetts, which has provided me with a strong foundation in construction management, building codes, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, I have completed OSHA safety training,ensuring I am well-versed in workplace safety standards, hazard identification, and risk mitigation. This combination of practical experience and formal training has enabled me to effectively manage projects, prioritize safety, and deliver high-quality results.
