I could only choose 3 of 5 "Qualities" otherwise I would have chosen all 5 Doug responded to my inquiries immediately. We are in the middle of selling our home and needed to resolve electrical problems in 3 rooms (no power to 2 light sources, and issues with a third light source). Douglas was extremely responsive to our time frame and was very diligent in sharing information regarding the issue and the requirements to resolve (in one room he had to access a panel behind the sheetrock, he did so with the minimal cutting which was extremely tidy and easy to repair afterwards). I would highly recommend Douglas for any electrical needs you may have - he is highly experienced and very professional in the resolution of any of your electrical issues.
