I've been working in remodeling and handyman services for over 25 years. I run a property maintenance and handyman company and I'm a landlord for several properties myself since 2008. I ran Ian Merrill Painting and Home Improvement for about 12 years and opened First Call Home Services LLC to help homeowners as well as landlords with all of their property management needs. From Painting and Carpentry, Gutter Cleanings & Maintenance, We do all types of handyman and home maintenance and we offer Snowplowing and walkway clearning in the winter season as well.
