I provide home inspections for buyers engaged in purchasing real estate. Structural and mechanical aspects of a home are inspected where any defects are discovered and reported in detail along with photographs to help illustrate. I have been a licensed inspector for 15 years and prior to that I was a licensed builder for 25 years. As a former builder I am able to advise and instruct prospective buyers, in regard to their purchase, how to maintain and repair common problems they may find in the home.

Chris did an outstanding job for us as a home inspector very knowledgeable and covered all of the bases. Did not create issues or problems that did not exist, in the past have worked with inspectors who lacked knowledge or insight and either missed key issues or documented problems that were non issues.

Base fee is usually $375 for any home up to 2000 SF then it is $25 per 500 SF after that.
