Joe was amazing. Within a day of the request, Joseph did a thorough job reviewing the property in the registry of deeds and gave helpful advise and suggestions. At that point we hadn't even hired him. I was very impressed. Within 2 days of an actual phone call he had come out to the property, inspected, and created a certified plot plan. When we needed changes, we had new plans in hand the very next day. Will absolutely be referring him to family/friends!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a Land Surveyor it is important that they are licensed with the state. I stand behind my work and own it 100%. Never make expensive improvements to your propert without knowing exactly where your property lines are. Only a Professional Land Surveyor has the knowledge and experience to do that legally.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The practice of Land Surveying is as much an art as it is a science. The equipment we use is not magic, it does not give us the answers, like a nail gun is to the hammer, a robotic total station helps me pound more nails faster, however its a carpenters knowledge and experience that helps him create.
