Owen has been the property manager for my 3-family house for over a decade - since 2004. Owen is responsive to the tenants and I never have to worry that they will be taken care of when an issue or emergency comes up. He keeps me apprised of any issues and updates me regularly on the status of the property. I now live several hundred miles away from the rental property and having Owen manage it has given me peace of mind.

I am a general contractor and have worked with Owen for over 20 years. Owen is very knowledgeable, well organized and a pleasure to work with, He is very resourceful and knows who to call to get the answer. Owen assisted me in expanding my business and always makes sure I get paid fairly and on time. I enjoy working with him.... Owen's biggest weakness is trying to please everyone all the time.... I was an employee for Owen Ahearn a couple years ago. He treated me with great on the job and training. At the time he was managing over 15 apartments in Worcester, Ma. I watched him manage these homes with great professionalism and always treated the tenants and owners great with respect. With the tough climate that comes along with Worcester this no easy achievement. Owen would have to multi-task daily major and minor issues just related to the weather. Working with the electric, gas, sewer, and plumbing companies are just some that may occur on one day. Owen handled this well with little complaints or inconveniences to the tenants occupying these homes. I would highly recommend you hire the services of Ahearn Realty Management Inc.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to being a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), I hold the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designations. I always seek additional training in property management and maintenance.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the property management industry since 1988.

We manage residential property - single family, duplexes, triple-deckers to multi-units. We provide full service management and maintenance for all of our clients.
