FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not give ballpark quotes. I've never been to a ballpark I liked. Our system is complicated only if you don't know it. We treat each item in our quote system as a single item. Each piece of lumber, drywall, nails, concrete, excavation, roofing materials etc so on and so on. The average quote will take hours. after the quote is compiled it is checked for errors by another estimator. When we are done with your quote all of which will be in our Scope of Work which describes the entire project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Engaging in a preliminary conversation of what the proposed client is to expect from our company through out the project. We will provide a complete Scope of Work which will exclude all aspects of work to be completed. We will introduce our client to all of our tradesmen that will work on the project.During the entire we will have a project manager onsite to answer questions that our client may have during construction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
