Eric was awesome. Not only did he do a 10/10 job on our custom cabinet, but he was extremely pleasant and a pleasure to converse with as well. He asked questions to make sure everything was done the way we wanted it, and he communicate clearly and checked in regularly throughout the job to make sure he was doing what we wanted, down to the smallest of details. We will definitely use him again in the future when we re-do our kitchen cabinets.

Poor communication on the project, no sense of responsibility and timeliness shown on the build. Ultimately, I had to be firm with him which resulted in him straight up canceling the job after two months of patience from my side.

Thank you for this review. Now for the truth. I was in contact almost every few days. This was a one off build of a game table that was not straightforward. I was asked to use legs that were from another table. I did so but it created some challenges that I was actively working through. Had to problem solve in real time every step of the way. Which I was happy to do. Until I was contacted and talked down to, insulted and yelled at, I decide to refund the deposit and return the legs. There is no reason to treat anyone that way. That’s not being firm. Thank you and good luck!
