When I walked into my house from being gone all day........it looked and smelled WONDERFUL! The floors were shiny, the stove glistened. My house was not in good shape, she had to work around air conditioners left on the floor, unpacked boxes, etc. I was embarrassed at the shape of my house. Heather did a fantastic job, she is a hard worker. I recommend them highly!

They worked with me and assessed the job, and concentrated on the repair and not upselling me to a solution that was beyond a repair. That was impressive and they gained my trust to do the repair and will be my first contact for the more ambitious project come spring.

This company did a great job cleaning off growth from my roof,fixing missing shingles, installing zinc flashing, removing tree branches, and fixing some toilets. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again!

Precision Home Care did a great job. They dusted and cleaned the old fashioned way - actually moving things to clean under not going around the items. They brought all of their own supplies right down to the paper towels. Very fair and reasonable rates. Will consider having them back for monthly maintenance cleaning. I would strongly recommend to anyone.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process of working with a new customer is to meet at the homeowner's convenience and give an estimate of the work requested. We are also able to do estimates and work the same day if all is agreeable between both parties.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that we provide for our clients are property maintenance jobs. These clients depend upon Precision Home Care to take care of everything from weekly cleanings, fall gutter maintenance, to fixing a door falling of it's hinges. Effective communication is an important part of our relationship with the long distance client. We utilize emails, phone calls and texts to make sure everyone is kept up to speed. These customers feel secure with the knowledge that even though their main residence is out of town, their Berkshire property is in able hands.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent project that we are very proud of was a complete refresh of a 168 year old house which sold after only 18 days on the market!
The project took a few months to complete and consisted of interior painting, window repair,new bathroom floors and much more.
