I recently had an issue with my Burnham Alpine 80 boiler and called Molina Heating Cooling & Plumbing LLC. I was very impressed with the service I received from Olivo. He arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. He was also very considerate and took his shoes off before entering my home. Olivo clearly explained what he suspected was wrong with the boiler and how he planned to fix it. He was transparent about the fees for his services and the cost of any potential parts. What I especially appreciated was that he was happy to use some spare parts I had on hand, which saved me money. Overall, Olivo was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and Molina Heating Cooling & Plumbing LLC for their excellent service!

Really appreciate the prompt response and professionalism. I had an issue with my water heater with a broken part and Olivo was able to quickly diagnose the issue, retrieve the new part and fix it for me right away. Really amazing work and excellent service. If I have any other issues relating to heating cooling or plumbing in the future I’ll for sure contact Olivo again. Highly recommend!

They coached us through on the initial issue which gave us a better understanding of our system as well. We were impressed with how quick he was able to show up and finish the job. Olivo helped detect and replace a broken sensor on my heating system. He also performed maintenance services on all the other units at my house. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him for any heating/cooling and or plumbing work.
