FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What You Should Know About Our Pricing: We believe in transparent and fair pricing. Here are a few key points to keep in mind: • No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly outlined in your estimate or contract. We don’t believe in surprise charges. • Custom Quotes: Every project is unique, and our pricing reflects the specific scope of work, materials, and timeline involved. • Insurance Work: For insurance claims, we work directly with adjusters to ensure proper coverage. We also assert the right to include Overhead & Profit (O&P) when applicable. • Deposits: A deposit is typically required to secure your project on our schedule and to begin procuring materials. • Payment Schedule: Payments are usually broken into milestones (e.g., deposit, midway, and final payment upon completion). A detailed schedule will be provided. • Discounts: We occasionally offer seasonal promotions or referral discounts—ask us if there are any current offers available. If you have questions about your estimate or would like more details, we’re happy to walk you through it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Typical Process for Working with a New Customer 1. Initial Contact: We start with a conversation to understand your needs, goals, and the scope of the project. 2. Site Visit & Assessment: We schedule an on-site consultation to inspect the property, take measurements, and discuss design or repair options. 3. Estimate & Proposal: After the assessment, we provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, timeline, and payment schedule. 4. Agreement & Scheduling: Once the proposal is approved, we sign a contract, collect a deposit, and schedule your project. 5. Project Execution: Our team begins work as scheduled, maintaining communication throughout the process to ensure everything goes smoothly. 6. Final Walkthrough: After completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure satisfaction before collecting the final payment. We’re committed to quality workmanship, clear communication, and a smooth experience from start to finish.
