Al has worked on our home for the last 16 years. He's done so many improvements which include custom built in bookcases, enclosed porch repairs, new deck, replacement windows and a kitchen remodel. Even if the job is just to install window shades he is on time and his rates are reasonable. We have him check our home when we travel which gives us peace of mind. I highly recommend his work.

Al Monti of A. M. Estate Managements has done many home capital improvement projects for our home over a period of 15 years. Amongst his work was a deck with screened in areas erected on postings extending out 20 feet from house. Also there were smaller repair jobs and window installations. At all times he was prompt, courteous, and his fees were commensurate with his quality. My family would wholly recommend his services.
