Cai and his crew replaced our deck posts, support beams and also replaced the six 4 foot deep footings. They added PVC covering to compliment the appearance. Wonderful results. Just as impressive, they did a great job and cleaned up the area at the end of each day. Cai was extremely professional, and always followed up with us. My wife and I would highly recommend Aureum Builders for your next project.

I would highly recommend Aureum to build a custom deck to anyone interested in a quality project. Cia and his crew made my experience truly stress free. From beginning and throughout the process Cia delivered on everything he committed to do. They always arrived on time and worked well into early evenings.They always left my property clean on a daily basis. My only disappointment is that they only specialize in custom decks and flooring. They will be back to do my kitchen floor! I have so much more that I would hire Aureum to do! Thank you Cia for making my experience a pleasurable one. You will not be disappointed with this company!

Cai and his team did an amazing job on our decks. We had a total of 6 decks installed at our house. They removed the old ones, new ones are amazing. We are so impressed with the quality workmanship and overall service. They completed them in a very timely manner. We are getting lots of complements. Total recommend them. Great job!!!

From start to finish, everything was absolutely top-notch.They were professional, efficient, reliable, and their attention to detail was truly exceptional. My floors look absolutely outstanding. The wife and I recently decided to have our 20+ year old outer house doors replaced, along with the screen doors. We contracted Cai and his team to perform the work.Wow! The doors are nice, but what really sets them apart is the quality of the installation! They REALLY paid attention to the detail of each of the six doors, they are perfectly square, plumb, balanced, and we couldn't be happier! After the installation, Cai went door-by-door touching up all of the manufacturer blemishes - that's what I mean by detail. These doors are gorgeous!I HIGHLY recommend you talk to these guys when you need work done around the house!
