- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free virtual consolations and on-site consultations for $150 which is credited towards work scheduled. Our rate for hourly work is $125 per person required for the job per hour with a minimum service call rate of $250 for the first hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a full-time office sales team standing by ready to help you solve your power problems. Our team can conduct consolations over the phone, which result in faster service. We furnish all of our customers with a quote, once approved we schedule the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our electricians are fully licensed and insured. Plus, we are Generac Elite+ authorized dealers, ready to install and service their generators. Our techs are trained and certified by Generac. If you need a manufacturer warranty service, we're the team they will send to help you. On top of that, we have routine trainings and re-certifications to make sure our staff is knowledgeable and prepared.
