- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you’re paying for services by card or online, there’s a 3% fee. We also offer financing through Synchrony Bank with 0% interest for up to 48, 60, or 72 months, and we can get you pre-approved on-site in under five minutes! Plus, we’re a MASS SAVE heat pump installer for those interested in rebates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out to us, we’ll collect their information and project requests. From there, we’ll schedule a date that works best for them and provide a free estimate. If the customer is interested in our services, we’ll send an estimate for approval, and once approved, we’ll get started with the installation!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Five years of experience in residential HVAC, working with heat pumps, mini splits, furnaces, and air handler systems, along with several years of schooling and EPA Universal certification.
