We relied heavily on Marcs inspection. But he missed many serious issues with the house we are finding after we purchased and moved in. Very dissatisfied and out $450.00Mar 2, 2017Verified
My husband and I hired Mark for our very first home inspection in the purchase of our first home. We were new to the home buying experience and were very happy with Mark's work. He was knowledgeable, very detailed and walked us through the entire process. He was professional and kind. His report was easy to understand and included many pictures with descriptions. We highly recommend Wachusett Home Inspection!Jan 30, 2017Verified
Mark did a fantastic job at our home inspection. He was very thorough and paid close attention to all important details while explaining any issues in simple terms along the way. Great service!Jan 23, 2017Verified
I had Mark do a home inspection, particularly on my roof. He was very thorough, he took pictures of the problems I had with my newly installed roof. He sent me a report of what he had observed and it was exactly what I was looking for. He also called me later to make sure I was satisfied with his work. I highly recommend Mark and his Company.Jan 22, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I'll just take this answer directly from my website: I believe in fair pricing, not flat pricing. Why should you pay the same fee for a small condo that someone else is paying for a large house? (hint: you shouldn't!)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I think speaking over the phone to get a feel for a person is highly underrated these days, and I try to do that with every client who contacts me. Everyone has questions, but some of them aren't clear enough in a person's mind to text or email effectively. Lets face it, most people don't buy houses very often and therefore aren't sure what they should be concerned about in regard to a home inspection. Many questions are answered while having a casual conversation about the property they intend to purchase, without the question ever having been asked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm a well educated guy who was lucky enough to apprentice under a great home inspector. But more importantly I'm constantly learning. It's when we decide we "know enough" that we get ourselves into trouble.
