Welcome piano students! I am a creative teacher with experience working with all ages (ranging ages 4 - 70). I believe it's never too early or too late to begin you or your child's musical education! Music in any form brings us together, even if we are in different parts of the world! Every student has unique needs, a goal they want to reach, a song they're aching to play, or a sound they're striving for. I am happy to work with any interests you may have! I have been working for several years to perfect my lesson plans which combine important elements such as theory, technique, ear training, composition, improvisation, and multiple styles of music. We will work together to create a lesson experience that suits you! Music should be flexible, diverse, and above all, be the thing that brings us happiness!

I’ve only had one lesson with Maya so far and already it’s a great fit! It was my first piano lesson in years but I had nothing to be nervous about as right away she made me feel comfortable and we started making goals. Maya will be sure to help you with whatever you’re looking for, be it improving piano technique, learning music theory or more. I’m excited to continue working with her - she makes every minute count!

Maya is an amazing instructor!! She came to my home, which was very considerate and accommodating. I've never had a traveling instructor before! She was even early for my son's lesson and was extremely patient and understanding with him the whole time(considering his age). I will absolutely be back! Anyone considering piano for either yourself or your child, Maya is the person to see!!! 1 billion stars for her!
