Introduction: When you come to receive a massage, reiki, polarity, aroma, or any other session, the first thing we do is discuss the reason you have an appointment booked, then we discuss the best options to help aid in your healing process using many different types of techniques. We will work to create the vision of health you have for yourself. When the session is over, we will discuss the results of the session. What to expect and the best way to aid your body in continuing the results of healing which we started. I offer a variety of therapies, here are a few: energy therapy, polarity, reiki, guided meditation, reiki classes, massage therapy, such as integrated, craniosacral therapy, raindrop therapy, aromatherapy, hot stone, and body scrubs. I also offer young living oils, which are the oils I use in my practice.
