Working with Precision Basement Waterproofing was downright effortless and I'm thrilled we were able to hire them for our sump pump replacement. Nate showed up when he said he would for both the estimate and for the scheduled job. The work was completed swiftly and thoroughly and the area looks great. In addition to offering quality work at a competitive rate, I especially appreciated Nate's willingness to answer my questions so I could be confident I understood the problem and the solution he offered. He was friendly and generous with his knowledge so that I could relay the project details to other condo owners within my building, and didn't talk down to me or try to give me the run-around because of my gender. PBW's office staff were great as well. Kristal made scheduling easy and was on top of making sure I had the insurance paperwork necessary for my condo association. 5-star work and people all around - thank you!

Let me start by saying im the type of person that does all the maintenance in my home on my cars my bikes whatever it is im doing it .. but when i do hire someone i research research research with that being said i came across Precision on a google search and had nothing but good reviews.. as a homeowner and someone whos used to doing all his own work its sometimes not easy hiring someone . But let me tell you Nathans a solid dude and exactly what youre looking for when it comes to hiring out someone thats good on communicating someone that does what they say theyll do someone thats knowledgeable in his craft .. whole experience was smooth sailing couldnt have asked for a better service! And my basement came out great! Solid crew .thanks again Precision.
