0ver the past 2 years, I have used KASA Services/ Felipe Goncalves for 3 projects at my daughters home (outside deck + remodeling 2 baths), and most recently, for a complete update of my home (install of hardwood floors, redo of 2 bathrooms + complete kitchen). Felipe came out to preview each project in advance of providing a quote. He gave helpful advice and suggestions including ways that a project could be done that would be more or less expensive. Quotes were all very, very.reasonableand, with the recent home project, the final payment was less as project finished under budget. The quality of work was really excellent as was communication during each project Workers were considerate and cleaned up. Felipe did a great job of balancing different aspects of each project (tile, electrical, plumbing, etc.), and although nothing ever runs perfectly, all projects finished essentially on time. Then, even after projects were completed, follow up and touch up work was done promptly. All said, I highly recommend KASA Services / Felipe On a scale of 1-10, I give KASA a definite 10.Joe L

We replaced our front door step, they were able to complete the project all on the same day. Everything looks great with just a small issue and they were able to come back and fix it. Step turned out great.
