- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All work is done on an actual time and materials basis. Current billing rates are $200 for the first hour (minimum) and $130 per hour thereafter. We offer discounts for Senior Citizens and active and retired military members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An inquiry via phone, website, e-mail, etc. will typically lead to a discussion about the scope of work to be done. In most cases, we are able to provide a reasonable estimate of the project costs based on this discussion. More complex situation may require an on-site evaluation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We employ a team of multi-skilled professional Handymen who are completely background checked, insured and bonded. Our Handymen have an average of more than 15 years experience in the trades.
