Did an amazing job installing a railing outside my back door. Was assuming they would use brackets to secure the railing but they actually drilled into the concrete and it doesn't wiggle AT ALL!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step: collect all the measurements at the location that the customer needs. The customer defines the model and colors if applicable.
Second step: the amounts and deadlines are defined and the first part of the payment is executed.
Third step: Production and delivery of the order. With the service completed, the last part of the payment must be delivered together with the service requested by the customer.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work 19 years ago manufacturing metal structures. I have knowledge in reading projects and manufacturing different types of metal structures, from the simplest such as a handrail to the most complex structural beams and ornamental pieces.
