I hired Ray and his team to do the electrical work for a basement remodeling project in Andover. They did a great job. The project dragged on longer than expected because of other delays, but they kept up at every step. Ray made sure the work was done professionally and compliant with the code. His team member Hugh is also a great guy ... diligent, attentive, and professional.Did I mention they were also very hardworking? They came over a couple of Saturdays to get the work done so that other crews were not held up. On top of that, their service charge is very reasonable, more competitive than other shops while maintaining high quality.You can trust Ray whether you have a small electrical issue or a renovation project. Highly recommended.

Owner called morning of appointment to say his guy would be 2-3 hours late. I explained I needed job done today, by Noon, but was disappointed as I felt being so late was unprofessional as I had taken morning off to be here for appointment. I knew at that point he didnt really want to job because he said he understood if I wanted to cancel and go to work - I again explained I needed job done by noon, he explained pricing and I agreed, then said that I wasnt starting off too confident and he replied, you know what, find someone else and hung up - not professional or reliable - would j no it recommend to anyone

Ray is great! Have used his services multiple times from wiring a brand new service and doing entire home remodels to re-wire outlets for siding jobs. He offers great value and customer service...and always follow up at the end of job. This is a crucial step for contractors!
