Joe and his crew did a great job with grading my yard, adding loam, and installing sod. The weather was doing everything it could to work against him and he still got everything done on time and on budget. Highly recommend and I'll be calling him again for future projects.

J.King Property strives to provide the best quality results while trying to not break the bank. We urge customers to always do research when seeking out a professional in order to know the average costs for the desired job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
J.King Property currently provides free estimates for areas up to 20 miles from Ludlow, MA. After initial contact, we provide an in person estimate to discuss the job and take pictures. After leaving, we work hard to develop an estimate and provide it to our customers through email or text within 24-48 hours. After accepting, we ask for a deposit and once job is complete, the remaining balance is due.

Joe, the owner, takes pride in his experience of over 10 years in laboring. Joe possesses multiple certifications to provide the best service and outcome.
