FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
when it comes to pricing I charge based off of the complexity of the job. after years of experience I figured out all the do's and don'ts of stump grinding and charge according to the scope of work to provide the best finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when I receive a lead from a new customer I call them right away. I will try to get an idea of what I will be dealing with the size of the stump/ stumps the type of tree that was cut down, the slope of the land, location of the stump, and I try to get a basic idea of what utilities we will be dealing with. I prefer to do an in person estimate to get the proper price for the customer and I so it is most accurate. once we agree on a price I call Dig Safe and schedule a utilities inspection so we can properly remove the stump safely. once digsafe provides a start date I will schedule that with the customer and we will begin the excavation. upon successful completion of the job I accept cash or checks and email a receipt of payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When it comes to stump grinding there's no better education than working with professionals and hands on Learning. Nothing can replace experience and I constantly research and teach myself everyday. This has led to great success in amazing ability to provide outstanding results.
