- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take the time to come to your project and price it on its own merits. Each job is different. That way you get a accurate quote. I encourage people to get 3 quotes everytime.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet a couple times prior to start. That allows us all to be on the same page and makes it easier for the homeowner to understand the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in all aspects of the Construction feild. I carry certificates to cover all Ma guidelines. I have been building for more then 30 years. And my partner for 17 years.
