Bill was absolutely amazing. Came over at a time convenient for us to do a free estimate of our tree planting project. Instead of trying to charge us more for new trees, he actually recommended us transplanting some we already have that he said were going to grow much too large for the area the builders put them in. So it saved us a ton. And his work is simply fantastic. You can’t just transplant trees easily, there is a specific way and almost art to it. Bill gets it. And he did a phenomenal job. Couldn’t be happier.

Gleason Landscaping did our patio and planted five arborvitae trees. We have got several compliments for the gorgeous patio and the trees are thriving. Bill also made two raised garden beds which came out better than what we expected. He was very helpful with the design, and suggested to us the best options within our budget. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never take a deposit. We dont take a payment until the job is started and the customer feels comfortable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is an introduction phone call and to set up an on sight meeting to go over the project and listen to and see what the customer is looking for and also to give advice and how to go about starting the project to include how the process will begin up until it ends while keeping the customer informed every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes in order to stay a Mass certified arborist and a Mass certified landscape professional you have to acquire a certain amount of credits yearly whether from education, training or CPR etc; Plus im always reading on my own to keep up with the latest industry trends
