Mike was the absolute best person to repair my laptop hinge. He's extremely professional, friendly, and shared the entire process with me. He sent me a quote before getting my permission to begin, and the price was the same when he was finished with the repair. Mike even picked up and dropped off my laptop so I did not have to leave my home. Michael is personable, knowledgable, honest, charges very reasonable rates. He got my older laptop to the point where assisted living will not be necessary.
