One of things I noticed here on thumbtack is that mose of the other companies are unlicensed and uninsured to do security work in Massachusetts. Phoenix Security was fully licensed and insured for our company standards. We wanted a lot of time with these other companies not able to produce the COI and WC as well as a security license. They delayed us. However, after speaking with Jason from Phoenix Security we knew we had found the right company. Jason and his team of dedicated officers are well trained and qualified. They have backgrounds and experience in prior law enforcement capacity. Don't waste your time and go with the cheapest company.
