- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always visit the site and access the situation. We want to make sure we are meeting the expectations of the customer at the lowest price possible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the business for over 20 years. We are factory trained by Fujitsu, Trane, Carrier, Buderus, and Weil Mclain/Williamson. We are part of Fujitsu's Elite Contractor program so we can offer longer warranties on the same equipment others are quoting due to the confidence the manufacturer has in our ability to do a quality installation the first time.
